Couldn't of done it without you
We couldn't of done it without you! After trying to sell our home on our own for over a month using one of those do-it-yourself companies, we had no success. Our highest offer was less than our asking price. We are very happy for what you did for us, selling our home in a matter of days for over $26,000 more than what our highest offer was on our own. We were first time buyers, looking to buy a starter home.

We had never gone through this process before, but went through it with ease thanks to Regan. She was always quick to respond to a question or concern we had (and we had many questions!), no matter what time of day. She made a stressful time turn into something fun and exciting. She really got to know us, and ended up finding us the perfect house that not only had what we wanted, but also suited our personalities. Her professionalism when dealing with other agents was outstanding, and she really made sure we were getting a good deal. All my friends are now at the stages of their lives where they will be buying their first homes, and I am telling them all to go with Regan and Geoff. Although we love our current house, it is only a starter home for us. However, I already know who I will be contacting when we need to sell it and buy another.
